There are 5+ other employee's who have the same setup and can print just fine. They know the printing plugin for the program runs off of Java and integrates with IE. I have sat on hours with ADP trying to resolve the issue. I am out of ideas to try once I put in the registry values above and do a restart. It have found on forums that some people try the registry commands via administrative mode in command prompt: I would image I am missing more troubleshooting steps as well, but I cannot not think of them at this time.

  • Cleaned temp files/registry with CCleaner (new computer so really shouldn't matter THAT much anyways.).
  • Reinstalled ADP as well as all its patches, temp files, and anything left over.
  • Reinstalled printer from network driver (even though test pages work just fine).
  • Reset all IE settings back to "default.".
  • Uninstall version 10 of IE to older version.
