

Re-imaging is my last ditch effort, and even then there might be a process or something that may go astray. There are 5+ other employee's who have the same setup and can print just fine. They know the printing plugin for the program runs off of Java and integrates with IE. I have sat on hours with ADP trying to resolve the issue. I am out of ideas to try once I put in the registry values above and do a restart. It have found on forums that some people try the registry commands via administrative mode in command prompt: I would image I am missing more troubleshooting steps as well, but I cannot not think of them at this time.
